With this project the centre of Roelofarendsveen will be extended with 300 living units and 7000 square metres of commercial space and social facilities.
In different phases of construction the developers Heembouw Ontwikkeling and Hoorne Vastgoed will build 145 residential houses as single-family, duplex and row houses. Furthermore 140 apartments will be realised and ten plots of land directly at the water’s edge will be available for development.
The video shows the first phase with 44 residential houses under construction.
